Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
We process the personal data you provide to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
- provision of services, performance of a contract
Your personal data, including your email address, first name, last name, and phone number, which I need to fulfill the contract (e.g., sending you access to the app, providing online courses, etc., and delivering goods).
- bookkeeping
If you are a customer, I need your personal information (billing information) in order to comply with my legal obligation to issue and keep records of tax documents.
- marketing – sending newsletters
We use your personal data (email address and name), gender, what you click on in emails, and when you most often open them for direct marketing purposes—to send you promotional messages.
If you are one of our customers, we process your data based on a legitimate interest, as we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are interested in our news, for a period of 10 years from your last order.
If you are not a customer of mine, I will send you newsletters only with your consent, for a period of 5 years from the date you provide it. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link included in every email I send.
- Advanced Consent-Based Marketing
Only with your consent may we also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address, for example, for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, for a period of 5 years from the date you grant your consent. You may, of course, revoke your consent at any time by contacting me using the contact information provided.
- photographic documentation and video recordings
Live events, testimonials, interviews, quotes, or photos taken with us. If you’d prefer not to be included in these recordings, please let us know using the contact information provided.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law requires a longer retention period or we have specified otherwise in specific cases.
IP Addresses, Cookies, and Other Online Identifiers
When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and which page you came from. We consider the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of web pages to be a legitimate interest of the data controller, as we believe this allows us to offer you even better services. Cookies used for targeted advertising will be processed only with your consent.
You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable cookies on your computer.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- website functionality,
- measuring website traffic and generating statistics regarding traffic and visitor behavior on the website,
- Ad targeting, so I don’t bother you with posts that don’t interest you.
Consent via browser settings
The user specifies in their PC settings, or in their browser settings, whether the browser should allow a website to store cookies on their device. This setting may be considered consent to the processing of personal data. The browser serves as a tool for facilitating consent. However, consent cannot remedy other deficiencies or illegalities in the processing of personal data.
The consent meets the definitional criteria for consent set forth in Article 4(11) of the GDPR: It is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Consent is interpreted in relation to the purpose, means, and manner of processing personal data, not in relation to a product or web application.

Security and Protection of Personal Data
We protect personal data to the greatest extent possible using modern technologies that reflect the current state of the art. I protect it as if it were my own. I have implemented and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Our employees have access to your personal data. To carry out specific processing operations that we cannot perform on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than we can and who specialize in such processing.
These are the providers of the following platforms:
- Web Hosting
- accounting firm
It is possible that in the future we may decide to use additional applications or processors to streamline and improve the quality of our data processing. However, we promise that, in such a case, when selecting a processor, we will hold them to at least the same standards of security and data processing quality as we do ourselves.
Transfer of Data Outside the European Union
I process data exclusively within the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a decision by the European Commission.
Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
You have a number of rights regarding the protection of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email at: [email protected]
You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page setting out the principles of personal data processing. Under your right of access, you may contact me at any time, and I will provide you with details within 30 days regarding what personal data I process about you and why. If your information changes or you find that your personal data is out of date or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data corrected or updated.
You may exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that I am processing inaccurate data about you, if you believe that I am processing your data unlawfully but do not wish to have all your data deleted, or if you have objected to the processing. You can restrict the scope of your personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you restrict the purpose of processing for sending marketing communications.)
Right to Object
If you believe that we are processing personal data without authorization.
Right to Data Portability
If you would like to retrieve your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will follow the same procedure as when exercising the right of access—with the only difference being that I will provide or send you the information in a machine-readable format. I will need at least 30 days to do this.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
Another right you have is the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten). I don’t want to forget about you, but if you wish, you have that right. In that case, I will delete all of your personal data from my records and systems, as well as from the systems of all subprocessors and backups. I need 30 days to ensure your right to erasure.
In some cases, I am subject to a legal obligation; for example, I am required to retain issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In such cases, I will delete all personal data that is not subject to any other legal requirement. I will notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
Complaint Filed with the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that I am not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. I would greatly appreciate it if you would first inform me of this concern so that I can address it and correct any mistakes.
Unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional communications
I send you emails containing inspiration, articles, or information about products and services if you are my customer, based on my legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, I will only send them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from my emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email I send you.
Confidentiality
I would like to assure you that my colleagues who will be processing your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of your contractual relationship with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2023.
